Steve Nail, J.D., currently serves as Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Anderson University. Prior to academia, he held executive roles including Vice President of Human Resources for Hubbell Inc.'s $2.5 billion business portfolio and Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations/Assistant General Counsel for Michelin North America, with two assignments in France. He began his legal career with the National Labor Relations Board.

Nail has been recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Individuals in the Upstate (2020, 2021) and received the SC Human Resource Professional of the Year award (2012). He was appointed by Governors Nikki Haley and Henry McMaster to serve on the SC Health Planning Committee.

A long-time member of Fellowship Greenville, Nail has served as a Deacon and small group co-leader. He holds a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law, an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics, and is the author of "Path to Fulfillment." Nail and his wife reside in Simpsonville, SC and have two children and four grandchildren.
